On Tuesday 15th March Year 3 visited the Huguenot Museum in Rochester for the day to learn about materials and their properties. Each class completed a workshop with Amy and Anne from the museum - we had a go at weaving using a cardboard loom and making our own felt! We completed an activity booklet in the museum and learnt all about the history of the Huguenots. We each got to visit the shop and buy a souvenir and we had a turn at dressing up in traditional Huguenot clothing too!
